About me and my energy healing
Kirstin Labita is an author, creative healer, educator, and awareness activist with both a BS and MS in interior architecture.
Her interest in the relationship between the built environment and our innate sense of time and space began at age 16 and has not wavered since.
Her ability to see beyond the scope of imagination came at an early age, but it wasn't until the viral pandemic of 2020 that she turned her thought processes on herself, transforming her into a healer.
She holds the copyright for her own life-changing concept known as a Timefield, an emotional state of overwhelm, and the method to heal it without the 'back story.'
Learn about your creative process and try all of her healing methods in her new book, Creativity for Soul Healing, now available in paperback and ebook formats and sold in select online stores. (See ‘Book’ page of this website for more information.)
She lives with her two kids in the Finger Lakes region of New York.
